Account and data deletion

Beta — requests are reviewed by our team

You can ask us to delete your account and the records stored for you in Send Dossier (for example child profiles, timeline entries, evidence metadata, and files in your storage area).

During beta, deletion requests are handled manually so we can avoid accidental data loss and confirm we are acting on the right account.

Please do not send SEND documents or medical reports by email unless we specifically ask for them. A short written request is enough to start.

We may need to verify that you own the account (for example by replying from the email address you use to sign in, or another step we agree with you).

We cannot guarantee instant deletion; we will confirm when processing is complete. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period before rotation or overwrite. Our Privacy Policy explains retention in beta; it also lists the suppliers we use to run the service.

How to request deletion

  1. Use our contact form (prepared for deletion requests) — choose the account deletion option and include your sign-in email and what you want removed.
  2. Or email hello@senddossier.co.uk with the same details in plain text (no attachments).
