Request a copy of your data
Beta — access and portability requests are handled by our team
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you in Send Dossier (for example account details, child profiles you added, and records such as timeline entries and document listings). You can also ask what categories of data we process.
This is not an instant download during beta. We will work through your request manually and agree a secure way to provide what you need.
During beta, requests are handled manually so we can verify your identity and avoid sending the wrong information. Response times are not instant — we will acknowledge and keep you updated.
Please do not attach SEND documents or medical reports to your request. Describe what you need in words only. We will not ask you to email sensitive files unless there is no safer alternative and we agree that with you.
We may need to verify that you own the account (for example by replying from the email you use to sign in).
You can still use the in-app dossier summary PDF for a snapshot of selected information — that does not replace a full access request but may help for meetings or your own records.
How to request a copy
- Use our contact form (prepared for data export / access requests) — include your sign-in email and what you want (e.g. account data only, child records, list of uploaded documents, or everything we hold for you).
- Or email hello@senddossier.co.uk with the same details in plain text (no attachments).
