Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually.
Essentials is free and does not involve subscription payments or refunds.
Paid plans may include a 14-day trial where applicable. A payment card is required at checkout for paid plans, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Cancel any time. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices may change with 30 days notice.
First paid subscription payments are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that period, partial-month refunds are not usually offered. This does not affect your consumer rights.

Your data

Your data belongs to you.
You can export or delete it at any time.
We do not claim ownership of content you upload or create.

Acceptable use

You must not:
Use Send Dossier for anything illegal
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or scrape the service
Resell access without permission

Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Limitation of liability

Send Dossier is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI content, outcomes of legal proceedings, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
