What Send Dossier is

A case management tool that helps parents and carers organise information about their child's SEND case.

What Send Dossier is not

Not a legal advice service.
Not a medical advice service.
Not a replacement for IPSEA, SENDIASS, solicitors, or therapists.
Not an official government service.
Not affiliated with any Local Authority.

Send Dossier does not use AI on your records unless you explicitly choose an AI feature. When you opt in to optional AI features, generated content is a summary tool only — not professional advice. You are always responsible for your own case decisions.

Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

Subscription and billing

During this beta, only the free Essentials plan is available for new signups. Essentials is free: signup does not use Stripe Checkout and does not collect a payment card.
Solo, Family and Command are planned for after beta; paid checkout and trials are not open yet. Use Contact to join the waitlist. When paid billing launches, plans will be billed monthly or annually as offered at checkout, and this section will be updated with trial, cancellation, and refund terms.
Prices may change with 30 days notice once paid billing is live. Marketing descriptions of paid tiers during beta are indicative and may be refined before public launch.

Your data

Your data belongs to you.
You can request a copy of your data via /data-export (beta: handled manually; we may verify ownership) and use the dossier summary PDF in the app where available.
You can request account or data deletion via /account-deletion (beta: handled manually).
We do not claim ownership of content you upload or create.

Acceptable use

You must not:
Use Send Dossier for anything illegal
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or scrape the service
Resell access without permission

Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Limitation of liability

Send Dossier is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI content, outcomes of legal proceedings, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

Full company registration details, registered office address, and ICO registration information will be added before wider public launch where applicable. ICO registration details will be added once confirmed. We do not claim ICO registration until then.
